Quantum Athletics is a multidimensional consciousness framework designed to activate quantum embodiment and play.
Quantum Athletics workshops feature sound patterns and sculptural objects like aroma cockpits.
It’s a somatic, meditative, and creative practice, guiding through dimensions or different modes of time.
Each participant is invited to have a unique experience and paint, draw, or write and, if they want to, share them afterwards.

How would it feel to experience nonlinear time?
This workshop is an immersive journey through four experiential modes of time: Deep Time, Lightspeed, Cosmic Change, and the Eternal Now.
Through guided meditation, breath, gentle movement, immersive sound, scent, and creative expression, we soften habitual ways of perceiving ourselves and the world. Participants are invited into expanded states of awareness where memory, imagination, intuition, and embodied perception can reveal new perspectives.
The journey is supported by a sculptural Aroma Cockpit with carefully selected plant essences, sound, and contemplative guidance. Afterwards, there is time to paint, draw, or write whatever emerged during your experience. Those who wish are warmly invited to share their reflections with the group.
This workshop offers a grounded space to slow down, expand perception, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body, your intuition, and pure play.
No previous meditation or artistic experience is required. Please bring your favourite materials for drawing, painting, or writing.
Quantum Athletics: a time travel into the future

In this workshop, we time-traveled to the highest available future timeline and experienced our future selves and vision. We asked for guidance on how to become that version, install its blueprint somatically, and created art from everything we saw, heard, felt, and experienced.

This was a time travel, supported by a portable aroma cockpit, ancient plant intelligence, a sound bath, guided meditation, painting, and movement.
We tuned into 4 different modes of time - deep time, lightspeed, the spirit of cosmic change - anchoring the eternal now.

This piece is a journey for 7 participants through dimensions 1-9, supported by somatics, sonic resonance, and an aroma cockpit. Each dimension is a level of consciousness and holds a unique spacetime template, frequency and molecular density. Upon return to 3D linearity, participants get to draw, paint, or write the vast imagery that unfolded.
Medicine is music, composition. Sound affects sequencing, formation of vibrational signature. Memory lives as charged oscillation within a biofield. Gamma ray burst from hyperonova, taking consciousness to the outer edges of gravitational pull that holds matter. Orbits are audible.
ZERO POINT / the quantum field is full of pure potential, it is a collection of “living imprints.” Plasma modelling clay of creation, of thought and matter. Multidimensionality, infinite DNA helix structure. Synchronicity.
