How would it feel to experience nonlinear time?

This is an immersive journey through four modes of time - Deep Time, Lightspeed, Cosmic Change, and Eternal Now. 

Through contemplative guidance, breath, movement, sound, and a sculptural Aroma Cockpit with carefully selected plant essences for each mode of time, we’ll expand beyond 3D perception into higher consciousness states. We’ll then paint, draw, or write whatever emerged, with an invitation to share reflections with the group at the end.

This is a grounded space to expand your consciousness, experience your self in new ways - and play.

No previous meditation or artistic experience is required. Please bring your favourite materials for drawing, painting, or writing.
